The skill I care about most when hiring marketers is writing.

Writing well is really thinking well. If you can write clearly that means you can find the right narrative, build a pitch deck from scratch, and turn messy facts into a compelling case study. A good writer knows what story needs telling and how to tell it.

Selling onchain finance to companies means explaining something new, and still seen as risky, to people who are paid to be sceptical and get pitched all day. Writing is how you do that.
