@AmericanAir strikes again. Flight 1659 LAX-DFW. Forcing half the plane to check their bags (not even gate check) due to no more room in bins. Here is just a selection of the space directly above my seat. So much for making it home in time to kiss my kids goodnight.

And to make it worse - gate staff and plane crew refused to communicate and actually problem solve for their customers. Would have been so easy to just make it right. Instead I got a fake apologies - I’m sorry you’re frustrated. 😡 thanks for nothing @AmericanAir
