@Neffepito When viewing a Finder window in List View mode, it dims / bolds the column headers in exactly the same way. The column header that's the sort key is bold, while the others are dimmed. I'm not saying it's necessarily right, but it's what Apple does 😁 I'll try highlight on hover.

@t_fukui I'm afraid that Default Folder X has to expand the dialog after it first appears in its small format. Because it uses the macOS Accessibility API, DFX doesn't know what size the dialog is until after it appears on the screen.
