I understand you must verify your clients, but I’d rather pay more commissions and have you move faster than not having a functioning account 😩

@Wise Yes, that is understandable and I believe everyone is fine with that.
And what is not understandable is that you don’t have the structure in place to carry on this checks before locking someone out of their account or doing these checks faster once you lock them out.

In the app, you say you have everything you need. Nobody is replying to my emails. Your call center opens at 4 SST.
