Over 30 years as loyal @Rogers customer w 3 home services & 5 mobile plans and we have finally given up. 3 days without internet, cable and home phone w no fix in sight. They won't send technician unless we switch to ignite w 2yr guarantee. @Bell can take my $ at this point

Correction: Shani's body wasn't found, but rather a body part (part of her skull) that matched Shani's DNA.

The forensic determine that she couldn't survive without this part, so they informed the family of her death.
