@CalMac_Updates hello, I’m a bit confused - tomorrow from Kennacraig to islay, is it at 1pm or 3.30pm? I originally booked the 1 and then got an email saying I’d been moved to the 3pm. There isn’t a 3pm on your website, and the updated service info says both on different pages!
@LumoTravel Any update on this? The expected departure time for the 10.45 has changed on the boards from '11.45am' to 'delayed', which I'm worried doesn't bode well. Can we get the 12.18 instead on a fixed ticket? Or are you arranging LNER as an option?

@CalMac_Updates Are you able to be a touch more specific - departing or arriving? The ferry would have had us at Gourock train station a few minutes before the hourly train... there was no shuttle bus that came to the Western port in time to get the train, so not really to TT is it?
The Lord of the Isles himself, Mr @davidjbrodie joined us tonight as well as the ever wonderful @stefholt for a sip or two ahead of @midlandswhisky tomorrow. Brum is alive tonight with whisky folk! 🥃
@ReesesBookClub@BeeBabs Just finished it - am only on day #2 of my holiday & know that I'm going to wish every other book I read is half as good as this one. Am sure there are calls for a sequel? So perfectly pitched with characters I feel like I already know! Off to get Love in Colour immediately...
@totalcurtis @pelliclemag @WaterfordWhisky Also, I think there have been studies done on beer as well showing that the provenance of the ingredients influences the final flavour - I thought by some of the same researchers as the single malt paper?
@totalcurtis @pelliclemag @WaterfordWhisky I can easily send you some samples if you’re interested, but most people think that the process of distillation would be v likely to remove much of the differences associated with terroir, and so since beer isn’t distilled, it should show up more in that than in whisky.
