I have registered for self assessment, which the app told me should take 10 days. However it’s been over 20+ days now meaning me tax return is late but my registration still isn’t complete? Can you help?

@HMRCcustomers Thanks, I’ve done this and it says I should get a response by the 15th February which is making my registration late.
My initial application said 10days which would have been around 18th January.
My self assessment is now late and I feel it’s out of my control?
