@SS94683 @muslimlebron The speed limits were set in the 1950s for cars with drum brakes and no power stealing or safety equipment. My grandfather was in charge of building a major highway where I live and he said they designed all the corners for 40% higher speeds than the limit of the time.

@Cynics_throne @ramit Hundreds of times more expensive not thousands. You have to compare number of seats you’re paying for. You avoid tsa and delays, leave when you want. Don’t have to fly specific routes. Private jets fly higher. And safety depends on your personal hiring preferences.
