@CitroenUK@TheSun@gregtaylor I have been treated as nothing short of a criminal due to a recall that I was not notified about. I was left with an undriveable car, out of pocket due to recovery and diagnostics and Citroen customer care do not care, the branches treat you rubbish

@VapianoUK we went to your branch in Disneyland Paris. Worst service ever, Benjamin the manager needs retraining in customer service. Waited 50 mins for food which was cold and dry. All remade and he said what do u want me to do I remade your food and now you’re saying it’s s*^%!
@GWRHelp on 10.42 from port talbot to London Paddington. Train delayed, incompetent platform staff unable to tell us where to get on for our coach. Coach b air con broken and currently 26’c and to escape we have asked for upgrade price told 3 different prices.
