The Southerham moth trap was doubly exciting today with @SxBRC's Bob Foreman stopping by, as well as the RDB3 Portland Ribbon Wave (new to the reserve and second SWT reserve overall) and the Ruddy Streak which is new to the reserve network!

Last week we were very lucky to spend the day with @SussexWildlife ecologist @GlennNorris13 out on Levin Down nature reserve doing flora and fauna surveys. I've never learnt so much in one day! #ledermantrainee

We have some new arrivals at our Middledown Nature Reserve! Two Exmoor Pony foals born in the summer have been added to the grazing group, helping to keep the vegetation low & allow flowering plants to flourish. They are friendly & inquisitive, as you can see! @MendipHillsAONB
