@keebs1987 The employer (Canada Post) REFUSED to agree to pay them more and wouldn’t settle an agreement so it went to an independent arbitrator in which Canada Post lost and is now ordered to pay them more money.. So in fact Canada Post was trying to spend less🤷🏼‍♀️
