An important reminder from @mgh_id’s @RWalensky : People have COVID-19 disease and are not “COVID-19 Positive.” We learned the hard way in the early days of #HIV that language matters and we should use it well to avoid stigma. #PeopleFirst language is key!
The Informatics Summit has gone virtual! Join us next week for a science-packed virtual event. Plenary presentations by @atulbutte, @nicktatonetti, @PdykesPatti and @inthosegenespod. This event is open to all. No cost to register. #IS20 https://t.co/cpXope71s6
Congratulations everyone on the 2020 #IeDEA virtual meeting! Great to spend these 6 hours with members of the global consortium, especially with so many time zone differences.
The new trend in group photos... Glad to have over 70 people logging in to discuss our research activities and future plans!
