@phoenixvalue A feature of ratings (and top picks) is that you can use it as an indicator where an analyst is up to date and current on the story. Hold is just another reason for the analyst to let his knowledge go stale. Use those who are engaged.

Knowledge seeking in college vs after graduating is like two different worlds.
