Left my wife, my mother in law and my 4 year old boy on the shoreline when they’d driven almost an hour for the pirate boat.

They arrived less than 10 mins late which was communicated to the operator, and the boat left.

They were stuck in traffic and then a queue at the Lowry car park, and repeatedly communicated this fact to Simon Salt, the owner of the business, who was rude, unhelpful, smarmy, patronising and aggressive and is now refusing to reimburse them for the trip.
