@UtilitaEnergy I've come home to a dead gas smart meter and no supply. I just called in and after 30 minutes on the phone was told to leave it for 30 minutes and see if it comes on... I'm on the priority register with 2 vulnerable kids....is that the best I can expect?

I've just been on the phone for the third time, was placed on hold for 5 minutes by Humphrey who seemed more helpful and was arranging an engineer, transferred me without saying, new advisor just hung up on me. This service is disgraceful.

@anon_opin We're not far away from solid state batteries being widespread in cars, maybe a couple of years. They will completely remove range anxiety entirely and the batteries will likely retain it's useable capacity for the life of the car.

I can only advise anyone looking to purchase a Used Car Warranty to completely avoid Warranties 2000. It's been such a waste of time and money trying to deal with their underhand tactics.

This was entirely down to a lack of composure in front of goal, that's it.

@EE @keswickcook I've just left for the same reason. EE rose to the biggest network in the UK and have now gotten too big for their boots. It's the old 'we're the best, they'll pay it' mentality which is fine when the price rises are maybe a little above the average, but recent changes are crazy.
