@endingwithali Also, tbh this isn't a tech problem. It's a fear of missing out. "What if I'm out of touch of what's happening?" -> leads to doom scrolling. In reality, we are ok with missing out on most things. Getting asked, "you don't know that?" And saying "Nope" has become easier over time.
