@SkyUK We have the technology to send humans past the moon and back, but yet Sky Stream (at my parents) cannot have a system you can pause live tv and then watch without jumping and missing parts of the show. #incompetent#fail#embarrassing
@SkyUK Incompetent? My parents were onto you for 2hrs the other night due to issues with their products and MySky. Someone fixed this (supposedly) and now my mum can’t get onto her MySky app. No phone calls back as promised. 3 hours today I’ve spent chatting/calls. Disgusted.
@TalkTalk Can you explain why yet again you are taking payment in advance of my agreed payment date? I was told this was due to bank holidays previously. Incoming payment date is the 5th, but you are taking this a week early on the 28th. What’s the point in having a set date?
@HMRCcustomers Why is my tax code still incorrect after making sure all information from previous employment (including my tax code) is with you and updated? I do not have time to sit on the phone to speak to you - what hope do we have if you can’t calculate this correctly?
@HMRCcustomers No I haven’t been able to speak to anyone. The code has been generated from me updating my income on the system. However it’s wrong, and someone needs to look at this to correct it and understand the information rather than relying on the system which is flawed.
@HMRCcustomers No. It is incorrect as it is too low. I don’t know why this has not been set as per my tax code from my previous employer. Instead HMRC just keep giving me random ones . . .
@HMRCcustomers It was updated last week, and ‘corrected’ again on Monday. I have the app. Ultimately it all comes down to the fact it is still wrong. It should reflect the standard allowance we all have not showing me having to pay more tax.
@ScotRail@FionaHyslop We were travelling from Glasgow Queen Street to Easterhouse. But have had to get off at Shettleston to then get a taxi from there. Can you explain why you suddenly cancelled all stops and effectively left all your customers on that line stuck for nearly an hour for certain stops?
@ScotRail Train to Airdrie delayed, 1 minute before it arrives you cancel all stops so it is only going to Airdrie, next train doesn’t stop at our stop, next one we can get is cancelled, we need to wait nearly an hour to get home. @FionaHyslop explain. Taxi home - are you paying?
@SkyHelpTeam After the SkyQ box meltdown last night - any compensation being offered to your customers? Surely an email should have been sent out today apologising and advising us what went wrong.

@currys You have left my mother in law with a faulty washing machine, she has been going round in circles to get this sorted & deal with the water damage caused. The service has been far from helpful - she is still waiting to get this sorted. 4 kids + stagnant water - not good.
@GlasgowCC While I appreciate they are not priority, there has been absolutely no gritting carried out at all. Surely by now something should have been done as this has been days worth of winter weather? And no chance I could even get to the grit bins due to the ice this morning.
@GlasgowCC Any chance you’d be able to grit the Rhindmuir Drive/Wynd/Crescent/Place area? Not one bit of grit has been laid since the winter weather and is now a lethal ice rink.
@RoyalMailHelp Royal Mail 48 returns posted 28th December. Today - 6th January and the item is still not even at the local delivery office of the recipient. I make that now at least 4 working days. And you wonder why people are not using your services . . .
