Kelday Heights E1 - water had to be turned off for whole building following @OneHousing complete disregard of our calls re burst pipe thats been flooding several flats. We call and get cut off. Can @OneHousing explain why a resident reports a serious water leak and they take 15 hours to send a plumber who turns up, says ‘Yep, it’s a leak, I’ll tell OHG’ and goes away again without fixing it?’
