@easyJet we flew from LTN on 13/09 on the 6:30am flight to FARO. When we arrived the board said "gate at 5:45". We checked the board at 5:48 and it said "final call". The same thing happened on the exact flight last year. How does this process work?

@Barbiewebbryan I have had an email confirmation that my refund has been processed today (I had a text statement through too with the amount).. I sent them what I had sent to watchdog and action fraud.. and they replied to say it was done!
