Maybe it’s just me but I can’t stomach the complete intellectualization of the massacring and misery of our people. Every massacre is a case study analysis for a foreign analyst to get a few extra likes on twitter. Our people are being slaughtered.
Make no mistake. The effort to destroy #UNRWA is part of the Israeli strategy for #genocide in Gaza. Israel is destroying everything that might sustain civilian life in #Gaza. UNRWA is the last barrier to that plan. Those who join in this effort are complicit in Genocide. #Shame
Ever since the aggression on Gaza started, and as Israel continues to commit massacres in the strip, the people around the world have revolted, and calls to boycott Israeli products and supporting companies have circulated. In fact, according to a 2015 report by Rand Corporation, between 2013 and 2014, Israel lost around 15 billion dollars, which led to a 3.4 percent decrease in Israel’s Gross Domestic Product (GDP) per capita.
Boycotting has proven its effectiveness throughout history, as it has been able to change laws. Yet today, many oppose this movement on the basis of it hurting workers who support the Palestinian cause, and others consider it futile. Do you support boycotting?

The United States State Department is ‘concerned’ about reports released by the Washington Post detailing Israel’s use of white phosphorus against civilians in Gaza and South Lebanon.
In 1983 the United Nations banned the use of white phosphorus and napalm bombs in civilian areas and classified these acts as war crimes.
In the current war on Gaza and attacks on South Lebanon, white phosphorus bombs are being deliberately thrown at gatherings of civilians in violation of said international laws, so how much damage are these bombs causing?

Thousands of Palestinian civilians have died since October 7th to today, in Israel's most violent war on Gaza, which used several weapons, including the infamous "dumb" bomb.
"Dumb" bombs are known to have unguided systems, meaning their use causes widespread destruction and random killing of civilians. According to CNN, a US intelligence assessment showed that nearly half of Israel’s munitions dropped on Gaza were unguided, dumb bombs. Why are they so widely used if they are known to cause so much damage and civilian casualties?

My conclusion is that it's not possible for Israel to invade & occupy Gaza or transfer its population outside Israel without breaking the region, destabilizing multiple regimes, causing a long-term rise in worldwide radicalization & polarization, causing an irreparable rift between the West & the rest of the world, causing political crises in multiple countries outside the region, ending whatever remains of the rules-based world order, causing a generational spike in anti-US sentiment, ending all diplomatic ties with Arab states (including Egypt & Jordan), and causing a multi-front regional war that sees the US dragged back into the Middle East for a while. And even then, it's unlikely that they'll even succeed.
@JustinTrudeau Ya habibi ya JT, Israel’s been breaking international law since its inception, you think they’re gona listen to you now as they bomb kids with white phosphorus? Ya okkkkkkk

To add to the madness, this law also criminalizes any Lebanese who has had homosexual relations outside Lebanon too . Meanwhile, dangerous people like Marwan Habib, who have sexually assaulted women in Lebanon and outside of Lebanon will always be welcome, cheered, & defended.
After decades of categorizing the female body as a taboo topic in the MENA, collectives, activists, organizations have started to normalize the body that was once demonized. The team got the chance to sit down with Mauj to talk about their work.
