With respect, it is unjustified and incorrect to allege that Kenya 🇰🇪 has a “massive doping problem”. Kenya has rightfully won the bid to host this event. Kenya, home to champions of sports has waited too long. It should not be denied its moment in the sun.
Indeed, Kenya has consistently helped shine light on the UK 🇬🇧- a country with which we enjoy long historical relations. Take the recent the recent Commonwealth Games in Glasgow where Kenya scooped 12 medals. All clean. Take the Commonwealth Games in Birmingham in 2022. 22 medals. All clean. Of the 45 editions of the London Marathon Kenyan men have won it 19 times- including the 2026 sub-two. All clean. The Kenyan women have won it 14 times. All clean. Not to mention the London 2012 Olympics where the record set by Kenyan David Rudisha in 800m still holds. Clean and unbroken.
Kenya will deliver clean championships in 2029! Because that’s who we are. Capable!
