From our earliest days, Black history has always been American history – and Black folks have profoundly shaped our American culture through music, art, literature, sports, and beyond. One month a year is not sufficient to celebrate the power of the movements and the people who have fought for the rights we enjoy today. That’s something that we have to do each and every day, as we strive to live up to their example and make sure our children and grandchildren remember their stories.
What an incredible time at #ASE2024#SEW2024! I had the privilege of presenting on our @ALLSAFE_Lap course in Nigeria, celebrated the wonderful @chriswreynolds, received the Best Podium Presentation Award, caught up with friends, and replenished my vitamin D stores ☀️🤗#blessed
Trying to focus on the excitement of residency instead of the cost to relocate. I’ve included my registry for those who would like to support my transition.

I’m beyond grateful to have matched at @OrthoAtYale for orthopedic surgery residency! The little girl from Nigeria who dreamed of becoming a doctor is now going to be an orthopedic surgeon. Thank you to my family and mentors for their incredible support!

All the time, God is good. God is good, all the time. Excited to start my PM&R training at the same place that introduced me to PM&R @TempleMossPMR#Physiatry#Match2024
