@EnviroBee That's rough. I have been in similar situations and constantly go back through all my decisions, questioning whether I did the right thing or not. I did find talking it through with more experienced staff and supervisors helped validate my decisions and reframe my perspective.

I don't spend enough time listening to music in my study. Listening to music through (good quality) speakers arranged at the optimal height and angle is such an overwhelmingly different experience compared to other modes of listening.
