@riversideoaks Had 2 play in pouring rain a few weeks ago. Played 9 holes out of 18 with 2 of those 9 unplayable. Asked 4 a reduced rate 4 our nxt round. Told 2 send email. Sent 1 over 2 weeks ago, sent 1 more 4 days later. Sent another 2 days ago... all received NO reply at all.

Just did “Knows and NTKs” for a PBL via Zoom with 56 chn using breakout rooms. Prior to meeting the chn had to get their own down so they could share/compare/discuss. Worked great.

@FOXTEL_Help spent just over an hour txting back & firth to try resolve issue. Didn’t. When I repeatedly asked for a final decision, nothing. When I asked for a ref number or name, nothing. 2 hours later get an automated response that they’re closed now.#noservicehere
