@jimjimunc@MartinSLewis@ofgem Good for you. However I have previously fixed when advised to do so and then saw the market collapse. It's swings and roundabouts in an uncertain world we now live in
@ScotRail Among the raft of improvements to be made could you add to the list a way of clearly and quickly seeing how many tickets are left on a flexipass?
@Alex_McGinlay@ScotRail You get hit with fees there. If you use the Northern Trains app there's no fees and it's the same interface as the old ScotRail one
@NetworkRailSCOT Ironic considering you (or @ScotRail) are moving train stop marker boards further down the platform so passengers have to walk further down the platform and away from the cover of station buildings
@ScotRail Thanks. I kinda guessed it wasn't done simply to annoy everyone. Has a 6 car driver stopped at the wrong marker recently? Also, can ScotRail flexipass tickets be bought from another TOC app? I tried Northern'S but they don't sell the flexipass
@ScotRail any reason why the stopping marker for 3 car trains on P1 at HNW has moved along the platform so we all need to walk away from the station buildings and cover while it's raining?
@GwynneMiriam@ScotRail@NetworkRailSCOT I'd recommend getting a taxi, if that's an option, and claim back from @ScotRail afterwards. It doesn't seem like the fault will be fixed any time soon as trains being sent back to depots. Hope you both get home OK
@MartinSLewis I did a comparison last night as my fix as ending this month. All the cheaper fixes have huge exit fees which I've been stung with before. All it takes is Trump to abandon the war and the prices will plummet
