Harris Dems have a turnout problem.

In the primary, Dems cast 335K votes compared to 180K for Repubs. But in the runoff, Democratic turnout collapsed to 112K — just 33% of primary turnout — while Republicans turned out 134K, or 74%.

That isn't a warning sign, it's a siren.

It’s been fun watching all the “parliamentarians” and charter experts show up. For context: under Mayor Turner, an amendment to ride sharing followed 71 days after passage by ordinance 2016-986—no motion to reconsider, just a simple majority vote. Robert's Rules isn't hard.
