@Se_Railway Hi, I purchased over an hour ago a weekly high speed travel key card zones 1-6 to travel from Ashford Internationla. I’ve received the email confirmation of the purchase , the purchase shows on my southeast app under “My tickets” but the keycard isn’t working

@Se_Railway why on busy Saturdays do you only pit 6 carriages on? Happened on the 1216 from Ashford Intl and same coming back on the delayed 1840 from St Pancras Intl ? Standing room only and not safe
