𝐈𝐫𝐚𝐧’𝐬 𝐦𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝐜𝐚𝐩𝐚𝐜𝐢𝐭𝐲 was broken before Trump signed anything. He ended the war from a position of strength, not concession.
