Alice Cochrane Announced as 2026 Dr John Hinds Scholarship Winner 🏆🚑

On Tuesday 14th July, Galen's Amrik Mall had the honour of presenting the 2026 Dr John Hinds Scholarship Award to Alice Cochrane at the College of Paramedics Awards Ceremony in Sheffield.

The scholarship, which is sponsored by Galen, recognises outstanding commitment to professional development and excellence in patient care while honouring the legacy of the late Dr John Hinds, whose passion for advancing prehospital emergency medicine continues to inspire healthcare professionals today.

As this year's recipient, Alice will receive a fully funded place on the prestigious Advanced Trauma and Critical Care @ATACCGroup course and will have her clinical case study published in the College of Paramedics' magazine, Paramedic INSIGHT. 

Congratulations, Alice, on this well deserved achievement. We look forward to following your ATACC journey and seeing the impact you continue to make in prehospital care.
