@HuaweiMobileUK Is this a joke? How it sitting on it going to make any difference in the slightest? If it is a joke I went along with it and sat on it, made no difference at all. Cannot reset it or do anything with it, tried 3 different mobile devices and none of them work with it

@Huawei_Europe @HuaweiMobileUK got a smart scale 3 and tried everything I can find online but cannot pair it to the huawei health app on my huawei phone or my tablet Tried resetting Bluetooth,closing down app and phone, taking batteries out of it, pressing reset button still not
