For those that still don’t understand what Benghazi was all about:

🚨So here's the REAL story:

Ambassador Stevens was sent to Benghazi to secretly retrieve US made Stinger Missiles that the State Dept had supplied to Ansar al Sharia in Libya WITHOUT Congressional oversight or permission.

Sec State Hillary Clinton had brokered the Libya deal through Ambassador Stevens and a Private Arms Dealer named Marc Turi, but some of the shoulder fired Stinger Missiles ended up in Afghanistan where they were used against our own military. On July 25th, 2012, a US Chinook helicopter was downed by one of them. Not destroyed only because the idiot Taliban didn't arm the missile. The helicopter didn't explode, but it had to land and an ordnance team recovered the missile’s serial number which led back to a cache of Stinger Missiles kept in
Qatar by the CIA.

Obama and Hillary were in full panic mode, so Ambassador Stevens was sent to Benghazi to retrieve the rest of the Stinger Missiles. This was a "do-or-die" mission, which explains the Stand Down Orders given to multiple rescue teams during the siege of the US Embassy.

It was the State Dept, NOT the CIA, that supplied the Stinger Missiles to our sworn enemies because Gen. Petraeus at CIA would not approve supplying the deadly missiles due to their potential use against commercial aircraft. So then, Obama threw Gen. Petraeus under the bus when he refused to testify in support of Obama’s phony claim of a “spontaneous uprising caused by a YouTube video that insulted Muslims.”
Obama and Hillary committed TREASON!

THIS is what the investigation is all about, WHY she had a Private Server, (in order to delete the digital evidence), and WHY Obama, two weeks after the attack, told the UN that the attack was the result of the YouTube video, even though everyone KNEW it was not.

Furthermore, the Taliban knew that the administration had aided and abetted the enemy WITHOUT Congressional oversight or permission, so they began pressuring (blackmailing) the Obama Administration to release five Taliban generals being held at Guantanamo.

Bowe Bergdahl was just a useful pawn used to cover the release of the Taliban generals. Everyone knew Bergdahl was a traitor but Obama used Bergdahl’s exchange for the five Taliban generals to cover that Obama was being coerced by the Taliban about the unauthorized Stinger Missile deal.

So we have a traitor as POTUS that is not only corrupt, but compromised, as well and a Sec of State that is a serial liar, who perjured herself multiple times at the Congressional Hearings on Benghazi. Perhaps this is why no military aircraft were called upon for help in Benghazi: because the administration knew that our enemies had Stinger Missiles that, if used to down those planes, would likely be traced back to the CIA cache in Qatar and then to the State Dept’s illegitimate arms deal in Libya.

Forward this again and again and again until everyone reads the true story of Benghazi.

Jessica Aber’s death feels like one of those stories that’s meant to fade quietly into the background — a tragic headline that people are supposed to forget. But when a career prosecutor who spent her life chasing Russian cybercriminals, CIA leaks, and war criminals turns up dead just weeks after resigning, forgetting isn’t an option.
Aber, the former U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of Virginia, was found dead at her home in Alexandria on March 22. She was 43 years old. Police haven’t said how she died, but the timing — and her unfinished business — makes it impossible to ignore.
THE PROSECUTOR WHO WOULDN’T BACK DOWN
Jessica Aber wasn’t just a lawyer — she was the person you sent in when things got messy.
In January, just before her resignation, Aber helped put Asif Rahman, a former CIA analyst, behind bars for leaking top-secret information about Israeli military plans against Iran. The information ended up splashed across social media in October 2024.
Aber didn’t mince words when Rahman pleaded guilty. She warned that his leak had “placed lives at risk” and “compromised our ability to collect vital intelligence in the future.” That’s prosecutor-speak for this guy seriously screwed things up. Whatever Rahman leaked, it wasn’t just embarrassing — it was dangerous.
BIG CASES, BIGGER ENEMIES
Aber’s cases didn’t stop there. In November 2024, her office prosecuted a Virginia-based company accused of funneling sensitive U.S. technology to a Russian telecom firm with Kremlin ties. It wasn’t exactly an accident — the company allegedly disguised shipments and played fast and loose with American tech that Russia wasn’t supposed to have.
Then there was the war crimes indictment. Aber’s office charged four Russian-linked individuals with torturing and unlawfully detaining a U.S. national in Ukraine. She wasn’t just making legal noise — she was putting serious pressure on powerful figures with deep connections.
Aber’s career was a parade of people you wouldn’t want showing up at your funeral — oligarchs, cybercriminals, and corrupt players with resources to make problems disappear.
A SUSPICIOUS EXIT
Aber resigned in January 2025, just after Donald Trump returned to power. Nobody’s said she was forced out, but resigning from one of the country’s most powerful U.S. Attorney’s offices weeks after jailing a rogue CIA analyst feels a little too clean.
It’s not hard to imagine why someone like Aber might suddenly find herself in a tight spot. Trump’s return came with a wave of loyalty tests and DOJ shakeups — and Aber’s aggressive pursuit of Russian networks and CIA leaks doesn’t exactly scream “team player” in this new political climate.
If she was pressured to resign, what cases got quietly buried when she left?
A SYSTEM THAT’S GONE SOFT ON POWER
The Supreme Court’s ruling in July 2024 handed Trump near-total immunity for “core presidential powers,” including military command. Justice Sonia Sotomayor warned that this decision could allow a president to order an assassination — and face no legal consequences.
By the time Aber resigned, that ruling had already cast a long shadow over the Department of Justice. Prosecutors like Aber — the kind who took on powerful players with foreign connections — were now working in an environment where accountability had been gutted.
If Aber’s investigations had exposed something that threatened powerful interests, the court’s ruling would have made it easier for those interests to apply pressure — or worse — without consequence.
Her resignation may have been voluntary. It may not have been. But by the time Aber walked away from her post, the guardrails protecting prosecutors like her were already crumbling.
WHAT DID ABER KNOW?
Jessica Aber knew things that mattered — things that powerful people wanted buried. She chased down Russian cybercriminals, locked up a CIA leaker who compromised military intelligence, and tangled with foreign operatives who wouldn’t hesitate to make problems disappear.
Now she’s gone, and the timing stinks.
Maybe her death was just an awful coincidence. Maybe it wasn’t. But when the people investigating corruption start turning up dead, there’s only one responsible thing to do:

You’re wrong, Hugh. 

You’re too quick to defend the ruling class. Of course, you’re not alone.  Defend the Constitution instead. 

It’s the job of the Chief Justice of the United States, that’s his title, to do his job. To uphold his oath to the Constitution. Radical district court judges intentionally cherry-picked by Democrat and leftwing petitioners (they know the politics of most of these judges as we do) are systematically attacking the constitutional power of the executive branch with nationwide orders, radical political and policy rulings, and picking to pieces the authority granted a president.  Silence is exactly the wrong response. Indeed, they’re to be condemned.  

Separation of powers is the heart of our system.  Look at the Constitution’s structure. Read the Federalist Papers. Read Locke and Montesquieu. And more. You might want to educate yourself about a judiciary run amok in Israel today. Not enough people spoke out when they could. And the elected parts of their government acquiesced.  Judicial autocracy there is now said to be a democracy.  In fact, you might want to check out George Orwell’s writings while you’re at it.  

Roberts failed to curb this a few weeks ago.  He could’ve stopped it before it got out of control. He did the opposite. He gave it his rubber stamp. His comment on the elected branches considering impeachment was way out of bounds (impeachment won’t work by the way; eliminating or defunding certain courts would be better).  He should still act to end this rather than lecture elected representatives. He can still actually do something about it. Judges aren’t supposed to pontificate about matters not before them.  If he’s going to pontificate then do so in a format where he can be questioned or challenged. 

That said, it’s our civic duty as citizens, for whom this republic exists, to denounce all forms of tyranny by any branch usurping the Constitution. That’s our primary power.  Free speech. To alert our fellow citizens to the threat.  To make our views known.  Moreover, the elected branches are not only expected to push back but have a duty to do so.  It is not the role of we, the people, or our representatives to watch in dumbfounded silence as unelected judges usurp our authority and a foundational principle of our Constitution at the behest of partisan litigants.  This is a republic, after all. Our allegiance is not to the ruling class and those who abuse their power. And we don’t need to wait for a higher court to rule to make our revulsion known.  We’re not mere observers of this government, we are the reason for this government and participants in it. The litigants and their judges do not stand above us.  Nor are they immune from our condemnation, especially given their motives and conduct. 

There’s not a single framer or ratifier who would recognize the legitimacy of what these congressionally created lower courts are doing. Not one. And they’d likely be condemning it loudly as constitutionalists are around the country. I’ve no doubt Chief Justice Rehnquist would be acting quite differently than Roberts. The four associate justices led by Sam Alito made clear they were ready to act and were stunned by the Court’s majority, led by Roberts. On what side does any rational person think Rehnquist would’ve fallen? The best Roberts could do was issue essentially a one-sentence order denying the president’s appeal, supporting one of the rogue lower court judges who demanded the president fund foreign adventures, without any explanation to the president or the public — an outrageous snub against the public considering the magnitude of what’s taking place under Roberts’s watch and before our eyes. He doesn’t believe he even owes us an explanation.  Perhaps he’ll correct course but damage is being done to the Constitution and the judiciary’s credibility now, which will be harder to fix as time goes on. And if he finally does act, it won’t be due to your thin defense of him, Hugh, but because of those who spoke up and patriotically challenged this growing tyranny.

You’re dead wrong, Hugh. The job of the Chief Justice of the United States is to uphold the Constitution, not defend every judge and employee of the judiciary, any more than it’s the job of the president to defend every employee of the executive branch or Congress to defend any employee of the legislative branch. Wake up, my friend.
