@EE call earlier about some odd charges - UK (Scottish) based member of staff, no accent issues or needless confusion. All sorted within minutes, hassle free & upgraded my sim deal.

But, online I after clicking add product to enjoy 30% discount, error? Moved over from BT.

@HiltonHotels can you please add direct emails to your hotels on your app. Had some questions before booking (e.g about a child's bed in room) but generic response via email and chat bot is useless, low level AI replies.
