@OctopusEnergy @JDSuperfast How can you claim to buy 100% renewable electricity. You are buying from the pool like everybody else. Renewable generation costs haven’t increased.

@StarlingBank @hibbsy This is the same reply you gave me on 25/3/21. It’s not good enough that you’ve changed the terms of the joint account after I opened it. I opened a jt account and transferred all our payments to it to avoid this situation. @AnneBoden
