Well people themselves are non deterministic. Then we write code to make the deterministic processes & we also improve the code based on learnings. I’ve kind of thought of the loops as that. Try something, test it, learn, codify, repeat. So deterministic code can keep improving & it doesn’t have to be a black box either. But I could also not be understanding how people are talking about loop engineering 😅

@codestirring I think the phoenix dx sucks for basic components and daisyui makes it easier to have tablestakes core components with no extra JavaScript to manage. I think it’s a very positive change for phoenix and will help increase adoption.

Made a proof of concept port of tailwind-variants for elixir because the pattern matching was getting a bit chaotic

I’m definitely interested and EST. I setup nvim + elixir but keep bouncing back to zed because of one specific feature that i can’t figure out how to do on nvim: searching all files for something and then you can select next/multiple (cmd-d) and edit directly in results instead of having to jump to each file to edit. It’s been a huge refactoring/renaming time saver
