@LloydsBank @Butterford_AS I have been told by Lloyd's Bank that it is an issue with their system they hope it will be sorted out today but they were very vague when I spoke to them

@LloydsBank Lloyd's are aware of issues with incoming transfers from other banks. They hope to sort it out today!! So no it isnt sorted

So @GWRHelp not only did our original train disappear BUT we are also stuck on a 5hr journey with no air con or water

@GWRHelp This is the train we were booked on but when we reached the station it was not on the schedule. We are now on the 14.37 from Paddington to Truro
