@NatWest_Help If that’s your customer service response times, then I don’t wish to stay. I just want the account closed and to have access to my money.
@NatWest_Help I made a complaint and want to close my account. I got an acknowledgement by text on the 16th but nothing since. If I was unsure about closing my account before, this has just confirmed my decision.

@British_Airways Shocking service right from trying to check in online to boarding. Apart from the guy who issued paper boarding passes, everyone else has been rude and unprofessional. BA384 to Brussels

@HalifaxBank Have a new phone and just tried to set up banking app as I’m in Belgium and need to check funds. Repeatedly correct 4 digit code correctly 3 times only to be told it was incorrect! Now you are sending a code to my home address!?
