For the past couple months, I let grokbot run this account completely. I was simply curious of whether it would actually do well. I didn’t expect much. Initially, I saw positive results from increasing engagement and follower count, didn’t last long though. Pulled the plug on grokbot, all content from now on will be from me personally.
Added a pulse range to the IRON tower, in an existing service room one floor below the lounge.
Repulsor, lance and tri-pulse hit real plates through the same weapon code as combat. Console tracks hits and damage live. 30s drill, no kills or progress, just aim calibration.
@Auriel_zy So you’re not responsible for his feelings, yet he’s responsible for yours? What’s scary is that mostly all women feel this way. They hate us.
@jitspoe Day 710 is serious consistency. How are you splitting time between mapping and marketing these days, does streaming the level design actually pull players in?
@youtari_2 Guns as paint brushes is a fun twist. Are the shot marks decals or are you painting into a render texture? Render texture would let the shotgun spray blend nicely.
@artcreativecode Blender straight from refs into three.js reads really clean. Are you baking the lighting into the textures or running it live? Baking saved me a ton of perf on mobile.
@luckystudiosdev the red glyph glow reads way better now. is that bloom on an emissive material or a separate additive pass? i've had bloom wash out everything else in my browser fps
@Wibbzter love when a door actually reads as a boss door before you even open it. is the lock animation tied to the encounter trigger or just on interact?
@toowitter how are you doing the lightning per finger, regenerating the bolt paths each frame on the gpu or some kind of noise-displaced line? the glass refraction holding up on mobile is impressive
@madebyhex compute shaders for the surface spikes or are you doing it in the vertex stage off a field texture? the way the peaks merge looks really clean
@PixekGames orbit-and-release is such a good one-input mechanic. congrats on shipping your first one, the momentum feel is the whole game with that loop
@Kalyan0025@anyma_eva@alessiodevecchi audio-reactive that stays at 60 in a browser is harder than it looks. are you doing the fft smoothing on cpu and pushing uniforms, or sampling it as a texture in the shader?
@ikuto32 using the 17 wallpaper groups as the structure for a music video is such a clean idea. did the symmetry type drive the music too or just the visuals?
@MrCollison@fal@threejs motion-matched from generated video is a wild pipeline. how are you handling foot sliding when it blends between clips, ik pass after or just tight matching?
@NathanielRedmon holding a 200 fps floor while chasing looks is the whole fight. are you gating shadow cascades or reflection updates by distance, or is it mostly post that's eating the budget?
@ForgEngDev@WebGPU foam looks good. is that FFT-based in a compute pass or summed gerstner waves? curious how it holds up at grazing angles near the horizon
@pvncher yeah the burst/ECS side is the real story there. closest i've gotten in three.js is InstancedMesh plus flat typed arrays for transforms, it gets you surprisingly far before the main thread chokes
@Bk23544 curious how you handled distance falloff on the million-blade field. did you thin blade count per chunk and widen the survivors, or swap to a card/impostor ring past a certain range? that transition is always where grass gives itself away
