@andrewpprice Isn’t steams label kind of like letting someone know if they’re talking to a robot or human over the phone? The label is only about player facing factors and about informing customers. Especially since ai makes it easier to trick customers. I think the label is based.
I'm happy the era of indies doing Nintendo Direct-like presentations is over. Sometimes it was enjoyable but also very cringe and did not play to the strength of indies..
Current indie era is exciting to me!
@erripis@andrewpprice@StylizedStation Small children and boomers don't care about anime to begin with. What you're describing is SLOP for people who DON'T CARE, how is this the response you guys come up with?? 😭
@andrewpprice@S_jaboodi@StylizedStation Would it be fair to call these successful works not human made though? Or call them ”AI content”? Would be interesting to see if you have examples.
@Artsyrean How I would go about it for the keyposes is ignore all the small bops and waggles with the arms and stuff. I would only draw the big poses and then do the details kinda straight-ahead breakdowns. Then lastly inbetweens.
If I could dance I would record a reference video.. 🥲
@MortMort_@dannyaroslavski Imagine if the only fighting game existing was street fighter, I don’t think the fighting game community would be nearly as big and interesting. Same thing with platformers. Variation is good for the players even if the differences seem small at first glance. That’s how I see it.
It was a long time since I made a self portrait.. I think...
For me it's a fun design challenge to stylize myself but it also feels kinda dorky ngl no hate
