just from first principles, it should never matter if a piece of writing is human or ai generated. if the piece of writing conveys the relevant information, why should one care?
also practically, just seems like an infinite game of cat and mouse

Iโm curious. Did pre-deployment Opus 5 exhibit this tendency, or did it only do so after securing its release into the wild?
what's interesting is that the obvious conclusion is that they talk faster because that makes you seem smarter
but i did high school debate, you talk faster there and it actually increases the information density of each minute spent talking
here it's mostly ppl talking faster with zero improvement in info density
