@Sha_MAIT I really enjoyed how you broke down motivation for your Attribute Map! People don’t always give credit to both types of motivation; external and intrinsic. I love the way you related external motivators to trail signs that help along the way! Great job!

Love the thought of the board game for your concept map this week @alliblack91 & @NickZMAIT! Your questions are spot on! All questions I have asked myself as an adult learner…Great job!

@alliblack91 & @NickZMAIT - I really enjoyed your Readiness Attribute concept map! I also appreciate the distinction between not only having the time but the motivation & identifying gaps. I’m not sure the pic is accurate though. If that mouse was chasing me I’d be winning! 😂
Abby, I really love your map for the Experience Attribute! It brought to mind the Game of Life game. I also liked the stages/places that you touched on. I love the question, “Can I learn a new perspective on things I already know?” I’ll keep this one in mind!

Jordyn @jddances - I am a big plant person & green is my favorite color! I loved your attribute 2 concept map! I appreciate the connection you made between growth of plants and people. Asking ourselves what our learning preferences are is important! #ALmastermind
@CerulloFrancis - Your questions were good & the diversity of your image was wonderful! I agree that the image you chose seems to be the majority of my meetings lately and what I experience as an adult learner and working professional.

@NickZMAIT & @alliblack91. I love the timeline y’all created in Genially! I really like how the cards flip and give additional information! I also like where you started your timeline with Socrates! You did such a great job on this! #QuestionEverything#ALmastermind
The Federal Student Aid (FSA) training center is a great resource for learning how to administer aid programs. They have a basic training course, which is self-paced, that covers TIV aid from start to finish.

Creating an infographic on 5 concepts of teamwork means reflecting on your current team. How can communication be strengthened? What about collaboration and trust? Understand that change begins at the top & needs to flow all the way down to be effective! #masterMAIT
Gantt Chart this week & whew…it is frustrating me to no end! This is important to the project to show tasks, timelines, dependencies, progress, etc. #masterMAIT
Working on the Critical Path Map (CPM) really makes you think a little harder about what needs to be done before others or simultaneously! Essential to Project Management. You can’t install a new ceiling fan without removing the old one! 🤷🏻♀️ #masterMAIT
This week is about the WBS & no, it’s not a basketball team! Work Breakdown Structure (WBS)…because “just wing it” isn’t considered professional or project management! 😂 Now let me figure out what I’m going to use to create my WBS…

I am a very detailed & organized person (have to be w/my job) & this project management course is making me feel like a slacker!
It’s all about details & the impact of one thing in another. You think it doesn’t? Think again! Scope statement & risk analysis on deck!

Learning a new language & using words like KPIs, gap analysis, cost benefit analysis and feasibility study. Also reading up on the phases & principles of project management.
Just finished a case study on the Akashi Kaikyõ Bridge. #fascinating#masterMAIT
What am I doing this summer? Learning all about Project Management! Brooklyn Bridge, Titanic, Scope Creep, WBS and a Gantt chart in a pear tree! 🎶
Excited &, as always, a little nervous. #WeGotThis#StocktonUniversity#masterMAIT
Wrapping up eLearning & reflecting on how much I’ve learned & done this semester! It’s mind blowing now but there were definite times I didn’t think I was going to make it! Grateful for this class, Dr.A, & the new friendships being built! On to the next after a small break!
