@IdleSloth84_ I don’t see the point in this, is this basically for pc gamers and app users? I don’t see why anyone who has a xbox or even a PS5 for that matter would stream it.
@8BitClosedFist When the largest streamers begin pandering it’s because they are catering to their large viewer bases beliefs. Frankly you’re pandering the opposite direction, catering to a smaller viewer base. Pandering only exists when you say what the audience wants to hear.
@Shpeshal_Nick It’s not victim blaming. It’s sound advice. Social engineering is the easiest form of identity theft when people just give away information. Nobody shares usernames for their bank accounts for a reason.
@Colteastwood@GamesRadar Well it’s because in-house devs have no choice. Other pubs/devs would rather take a lowball gamepass offer than chance selling games on a platform designed around subscription inclusion.
@MichaelPonte10@Puertorock77_ Yeah, Atari games emulate pretty well too… but I’m not talking about stuff from over 20 years ago. Maybe you should try it out before speaking on it.
@Colteastwood The brand hasn’t been “intact” since pc releases. It has nothing to do with PlayStation. You could even blame xbox allowing its games to be played through an app on most TVs more than PlayStation.
@Cosmic_Zeppelin@oliver_drk Yes, that’s my point. The digital download will be the current build. That is what is being rated from the digital storefront. I’m not saying a physical copy shouldn’t be reviewed but people who are shopping on psn will not care if the disc version is broken.
@Cosmic_Zeppelin@oliver_drk The disc build of a game can be functionally very different than the digital version. I’m not sure that’s their reasoning but it makes sense to me.
