@TfL Thank you for your reply. However, that does mean if a bus terminates early and there’s a delay to get on another that takes you over the hour, you’re being charged extra for something beyond your control.

@TfL Abney Park and Stoke Newington Town Hall N16 bus stops shut. Bouverie Rd blocked by @thameswater . Council @metecoban92 fyi uncontactable. Access for 81 yr old disabled father to house impossible without PCN fine. No consideration for residents. What are you going to do?
