@JonNeale Thanks for this thread. I've always thought that the City Arcade is one of the most unappreciated spaces in the city centre and knew it linked to similar arcades at some point. It's good (if rather sad) to know what happened to them

@BirminghamWeAre Disagree. The concrete detailing and uplighters are pretty unique. It's been left to deteriorate by the landlord to make the case for redevelopment. A clean and a refurbish would be a much better option than more towers in the city centre.
