Reverse your biological age. With the scientific knowledge we have today, we cannot cheat death. However we can turn back our bio age by 10-15 yrs. Follow me.
What if our body could stay in its prime forever? What if we could be biologically immortal? Or what if we could turn back the clock like some jellyfish that never die but revert to an earlier form and go through life all over again?
Great to see the first molecules identified by generative AI (and a hallmarks of aging filter) get through human Phase 1 clinical trials successfully 👏 …

Matcha Green Tea is a type of green tea made by taking young tea leaves & grinding them into a bright green powder. 🍵
Benefits are even more so than regular green tea such as it is very high in EGCG - a key antioxidant providing many benefits such as:
✨Fat Loss
✨Improves Brain Function
✨Cancer Protection
✨Diabetes Prevention
✨Promotes Heart Health
✨Longevity
We know all Green Tea is excellent for health, weight & inflammation, but combining green tea AND lemon has even more benefits. When you add lemon you create more antioxidant absorption. 🍋
Matcha green tea is delicious— has a roasted, nutty flavor.
One of the greatest health hacks out there is ditching sugar. Every system and organ in your body will benefit as sugar plays a pivotal role in the development of the devastating illnesses we fear most, like heart disease, cancer, diabetes, obesity, Alzheimer’s...the list goes on
I do not agree to Nic. There is some consensus around 80% full, fasting, mainly plants based diet with no processed foods, low artificial sugar consumption, fish/seaweed Omega3, etc.
unpop opinion the current state of longevity research is absolute shambles
virtually no one agrees on anything
the recommendations from the top gurus are super contradictory and super random
feels like we're in equivalent of the bloodletting and leeches age of medicine

@drjamesdinic Eat 1 steak per week, fill up with high end plant proteins and become a healthy superhuman. If longevity and infection level in body doesn't matter, your recommendation is fine too
Most of you don't really want it
You're average
You listen to podcasts...
Read all the books..
But you don't take the most important step
ACTION
One day you'll be on your death bed
And realize you didn't do shit
Let that be your motivator
When you are kind to others with no expectation of anything in return, you experience the “helper’s high.” Your brain's pleasure and reward centers light up as if you received the good deed. Your levels of serotonin rise and cortisol goes down (along with your blood pressure).
A good life is largely defined by what's missing:
- The fights that don't happen
- The health problems you don't have
- The debt you avoid
- The desires you don't indulge
A good life's not about gaining. It's about letting go.
One day, you and everyone you know will die. And beyond a small group of people for an extremely brief period of time, little of what you say or do will ever matter.
This is not depressing—rather, it is liberating. There is no excuse to not be who you wish to be, to not love who you wish to love, to not live how you wish to live.
Can You Think Yourself Into a Longer Life?
A 2019 study found that positive thinking could extend lifespan by 11-15% and improve your chances of living to 85 or longer.
Adding on other healthy choices such as an anti-inflammatory diet, movement, sleep, etc. = optimal health

"More than a dozen studies have shown that ingesting at least 1,000 mg per day of the EPA form of essential fatty acid is as effective as prescription antidepressants in relieving depression." - @hubermanlab
POWERFUL
Regular reminder that improving health ≠ retarding aging.
A child doesn't get older by breaking a leg, and an old man doesn't get younger if he recovers from a cold.
To understand aging we need to move past the noise of claims of aging effects that are just improving health.
A study in Blood Coagulation Fibrinolysis found that phytonutrients in #tomatoes reduces platelet clumping, which can lead to blood clots. Tomatoes were most effective out of the 25 #vegetables & 19 fruits they tested. https://t.co/beAICEEcmF
