@BrandonWxWCHS That 92 for Charleston is under investigation. It's tied to Wertz Field (Charleston's first airport) but the COOP had 84 for the high. The airport observer recorded 86 for 24 hour max but 92 for 12 hour max, which is conflicting.

@BrandonWxWCHS Had to set the goal posts a little wide to account for some variance in heavy rain axis....but greatest threat sandwiched between I64 and Rte 50. In addition, some high elevation snow melt minor contributions for upper Tygart/upper Elk.
