Not everyone who lives in a country browses in that language. Use the set browser language, offer a switcher, or default to English if you're primarily an English language company.

Non-binaries should have come up with a unique pronoun instead of adopting the plural. "They went to their cafe where they serve their organic brand" is confusing AF.
