@iamjohnbaiano@Opendoor@morganb this is fantastic content. Would be great to back track any high volume agents and gather testimonials post close 1 and close 2
@MaksimXBT@StockSavvyShay My understanding it’s the same. Any agent. RealScout just has the ability to get the offer integrated into their listing database workflow
@shey2007shey@ssj2abid@morganb I had read through this. Was looking for clarity on if this is exclusive to agents inside the RealScout system or if it is open to agents nationwide. It reads as an exclusive partnership.
@stone_maison_ @JustDougMan @nejatian And of those 500 - I’m one of them, I know them, none of them have ever heard of Real Scout and I’m trying to determine the scale of this press release. If it’s limited to a pool of agents that don’t sell shit it’s a nothing burger
@stone_maison_ @JustDougMan @nejatian Doug I’m saying the comms are not clear. Yes I can read the press release. Previous iterations implied similar items. The cash now more later program a week ago had similar coms but the property was listed via a preferred agent partnership -
@stone_maison_ @JustDougMan @nejatian As shareholder in $open and top agent
and I’d disagree that it’s been answered because previous releases and programs have not been clear. 100,000 agents sounds great. However ATX had 15,000 agents and 500 of them sell most the inventory
@stone_maison_ @JustDougMan @nejatian Forgive me for being skeptical but this is only different from previous coms in the commission structure is more clear - what isn’t is the partnership with RealScout and if the partnership is specific to those agents or if it is through any agent
@nejatian As an agent who has tried to use OpenDoor as an exit ramp for a seller needing to sell to buy… I’m still confused how the program works in the messaging. 1) never heard of Real Scout 2) are the listing agents going to actually be listing these on behalf of OpenDoor post close ?
