श्री जितिन प्रसाद, माननीय राज्य मंत्री, इलेक्ट्रॉनिकी एवं सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी तथा वाणिज्य एवं उद्योग मंत्रालय, भारत सरकार ने देहरादून में एसटीपीआई इन्क्यूबेशन सुविधा के उद्घाटन समारोह में मुख्य संबोधन दिया और उत���तराखंड में स्टार्टअप इकोसिस्टम, प्रौद्योगिकी विकास तथा युवाओं के लिए नए अवसरों की संभावनाओं को रेखांकित किया।

संबोधन के प्रमुख संदेश:

* उत्तराखंड के लिए नई सुविधा: देहरादून में 30,000 वर्ग फुट में विकसित नई इन्क्यूबेशन सुविधा के निर्माण पर एसटीपीआई और संबंधित सभी पक्षों को बधाई देते हुए इसके प्रभावी उपयोग के महत्व को रेखांकित किया।

* देहरादून को आईटी हब बनाने की दिशा में प्रयास: देहरादून में उपलब्ध शैक्ष���िक प्रतिभा और युवाओं की क्षमता का उल्लेख करते हुए शहर को एक जीवंत प्रौद्योगिकी केंद्र के रूप में विकसित करने की आकांक्षा व्यक्त की, जहाँ स्टार्टअप्स आपस में सहयोग करें, श्रेष्ठ कार्यप्रणालियाँ साझा करें और नए नवाचारों को बढ़ावा दें।

* स्टार्टअप्स और एमएसएमई को प्रोत्साहन: उद्योग 4.0 सहित उभरती प्रौद्योगिकियों के क्षेत्र में स्टार्टअप्स और सूक्ष्म, लघु एवं मध्यम उद्यमों (MSMEs) को सहयोग देने में उद्यमिता केंद्रों (CoEs) की भूमिका को रेखांकित किया।

* निवेश और रोजगार के नए अवसर: इलेक्ट्रॉनिक्स विनिर्माण और उत्तराखंड में इलेक्ट्रॉनिक्स मैन्युफैक्चरिंग क्लस्टर जैसी पहलों का उल्लेख करते हुए राज्य में निवेश आकर्षित करने और रोजगार के अवसर बढ़ाने की संभावनाओं पर प्रकाश डाला।

* नवाचार के लिए दीर्घकालिक दृष्टिकोण: इस बात पर जोर दिया कि विकास संबंधी पहलों का उद्देश्य केवल तात्कालिक परिणाम प्राप्त करना नहीं, बल्कि अगले 5 से 20 वर्षों में युवाओं को लाभ पहुँचाने वाली मजबूत आधारशिला तैयार करना होना चाहिए।

* तकनीक और व्यापार की भूमिका: भारत की विकास यात्रा में प्रौद्योगिकी और व्यापार को महत्वपूर्ण प्रेरक शक्तियों के रूप में रेखांकित करते हुए नवाचार, निवेश और उद्यमिता को आगे बढ़ाने की आवश्यकता पर जोर दिया।

आज STPI Incubation Facility का लोकार्पण वास्तव में केवल एक इमारत का लोकार्पण नहीं, बल्कि देवभूमि के युवाओं के असीमित सामर्थ्य पर भरोसे की मुहर है। कार्यक्रम में उत्तराखंड के कैबिनेट मंत्री श्री गणेश जोशी जी और श्री प्रदीप बत्रा जी की गरिमामयी मौजूदगी रही।

आदरणीय प्रधानमंत्री श्री @narendramodi जी के विज़न के अनुरूप, टियर-2 और टियर-3 शहरों को आईटी हब के रूप में विकसित करने की दिशा में यह एक प्रभावी प्रयास है।

हमारा लक्ष्य स्पष्ट है उत्तराखंड की प्रतिभा को अपने सपने साकार करने के लिए अपने घर और राज्य को छोड़ने की ज़रूरत न पड़े। यह केंद्र स्थानीय युवाओं के विज़न को फंडिंग, मेंटरशिप और ग्लोबल पहचान दिलाने का माध्यम बनेगा।

✨श्री प्रदीप बत्रा, माननीय कैबिनेट मंत्री, परिवहन, आईटी एवं सुशासन, विज्ञान एवं प्रौद्योगिकी तथा जैव प्रौद्योगिकी, उत्तराखंड सरकार ने देहरादून में एसटीपीआई इन्क्यूबेशन सुविधा के उद्घाटन समारोह में विशेष संबोधन दिया और राज्य में आईटी क्षेत्र के विकास, नवाचार तथा तकनीक के जनहितकारी उपयोग पर प्रकाश डाला।

संबोधन के प्रमुख संदेश:

नई एसटीपीआई इन्क्यूबेशन सुविधा को उत्तराखंड के तकनीकी विकास में महत्वपूर्ण मील का पत्थर बताते हुए नवाचार और उद्यमिता को बढ़ावा देने पर जोर दिया।

AI को 'सुपर इंटेलिजेंस' के रूप में देखने का दृष्टिकोण साझा करते हुए स्वास्थ्य, परिवहन और जनकल्याण के क्षेत्रों में इसके सकारात्मक उपयोग पर बल दिया।

उत्तराखंड में आईटी पेशेवरों, स्टार्टअप्स और उद्यमियों के लिए अनुकूल वातावरण विकसित करने की आवश्यकता पर जोर दिया।

प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेंद्र मोदी के डिजिटल इंडिया, स्टार्टअप इंडिया और विकसित भारत के विजन को आगे बढ़ाने में तकनीकी नवाचार और सामूहिक प्रयासों के महत्व को रेखांकित किया।

पर्यावरण संरक्षण, सार्वजनिक संपत्ति के प्रति जिम्मेदारी और सकारात्मक सोच को विकसित भारत के निर्माण का महत्वपूर्ण आधार बताया।

विश्वास व्यक्त किया कि एसटीपीआई की नई सुविधा AI आधारित जनहितकारी समाधानों को बढ़ावा देकर देहरादून को एक उभरते डिजिटल एवं प्रौद्योगिकी केंद्र के रूप में विकसित करने में सहायक होगी।

The state-of-the-art incubation facility features 30,000 sq. ft. of incubation infrastructure, Plug & Play seats, semi-furnished incubation space, conference and meeting rooms, an auditorium, a Network Operations Centre (NOC), and a cafeteria.

The facility aims to foster entrepreneurship, create employment opportunities and accelerate technology-led growth in Uttarakhand by supporting startups and IT/ITeS companies.

✨श्री अरविंद कुमार, महानिदेशक, एसटीपीआई ने देहरादून, उत्तराखंड में एसटीपीआई इन्क्यूबेशन सुविधा के उद्घाटन समारोह में स्वागत संबोधन दिया और भारत के आईटी इकोसिस्टम को सशक्त बनाने तथा नवाचार-आधारित विकास को बढ़ावा देने में एसटीपीआई की भूमिका पर प्रकाश डाला।

* वर्ष 1991 मे��� ₹52 करोड़ से शुरू हुई सॉफ्टवेयर निर्यात की यात्रा वर्ष 2026 तक बढ़कर ₹20 लाख करोड़ से अधिक पहुँच गई है, जो भारत के प्रौद्योगिकी क्षेत्र की उल्लेखनीय प्रगति को दर्शाती है।

* तीन केंद्रों ��े शुरू होकर देशभर में 73 केंद्रों तक पहुँची एसटीपीआई की यात्रा भारत के विस्तारित प्रौद्योगिकी पारिस्थितिकी तंत्र में संगठन के महत्वपूर्ण योगदान को दर्शाती है।

* माननीय केंद्रीय राज्य मंत्री श्री जितिन प्रसाद के निरंतर प्रयासों और सहयोग तथा उत्तराखंड सरकार के सहयोग के प्रति आभार व्यक्त किया, जिनसे देहरादून में 30,000 वर्ग फुट की नई इन्क्यूबेशन सुविधा के निर्माण को पूरा करने में सहायता मिल��।

* एसटीपीआई की भूमिका केवल इन्क्यूबेशन सुविधाएँ उपलब्ध कराने तक सीमित नहीं है, बल्कि देशभर के स्टार्टअप्स को आपस में जोड़ना, निवेशकों तक उनकी पहुँच बढ़ाना और सहयोग के नए अवसर सृजित करना भी है।

* उद्यमिता केंद्रों (CoEs), साइबर सुरक्षा सेवाओं और डेटा सेवाओं सहित विभिन्न तकनीकी सुविधाओं के माध्यम से स्टार्टअप्स और आईटी/आईटीईएस कंपनियों को सहयोग प्रदान करने में एसटीपीआई की भूमिका को रेखांकित किया।

देहरादून की एसटीपीआई इन्क्यूबेशन सुविधा स्टार्टअप्स को एक सशक्त नेटवर्क से जोड़ने, निवेश के अवसरों को बढ़ावा देने और उत्तराखंड में नवाचार एवं तकनीक-आधारित विकास को गति देने की दिशा में एक महत्वपूर्ण पहल है।
