@theficouple Also interesting people are congratulated by peers for borrowing on a $80k car, but if I tell them I have no mortgage and my house is paid off, I get weird looks and no congrats. Like it is a a taboo subject.
@Dave57265651@WallStreetApes I see your point. But if you consent to a phone, which you likely have, why is everyone outraged over the cameras? I could see being outraged if you have no phone / no internet connected devices and then have to worry about a traffic camera.
@shot9702@MattdurhamOC Do you carry a phone and complain about traffic cams? Chances are you do carry a phone therefore it makes no sense to complain about the cameras. I bet the guy that made this post also has a phone (without a bag over it!)
@Alice_MiaX It is true some of this is required to get to millionaire status faster. Once there though, go ahead and get the Walmart delivery when you pass the 2nd mil.
@GuyTalksFinance You might consider a hybrid approach. If the market is within 5% of all times highs, pay toward mortgage. If market is greater than 5% from all time highs, go heavy in the market.
@FixingEducation Yes. And teachers deserve merit based raises each year. Slack teachers should not get the same raise for just existing for a year when compared to teachers going the extra miles. I don’t really see how this is debatable if you have any sense at all.
@theficouple@SteveOnSpeed Doge would have been a good start. But the same politicians that were getting money from NGOs have now blocked its progress. Now, no one in government cares about the fraud and it will continue. Really unbelievable when you think about it.
@mitchellvii The only thing that makes sense is that the majority of politicians are all in on it. Both R&D. None of this makes sense unless most of them are getting $ out of all the lobbyists/NGO/etc. If this is true, it will never get fixed.
@mitchellvii Why is no one ever held accountable? Are the Rs also in on it? How can NGOs be infested with fraud an no one tracks the money down? How can they not agree on voter ID? None of this makes sense to reasonable people. You have to wonder if politicians are only in it for $. Bizarre.
@TheDrugMoney Get the highest paying job you can as soon as you can. Save at least half every month. Invest. Get to $100k as quickly as you can. Invest in income producing assets. Live modestly. By age 40, work will become optional.
