Honest question.

If a state, county or city knowingly mails ballots to someone who is known to not be a US Citizen, shouldn't that be considered mail fraud and make those officials in charge of the election chargeable federally?

@RealJamesWoods Washington too. If I could afford it, I'd take them to court because I'm responsible for everything my child does, including a mental health breakdown that hurts people. But this state says i have to be responsible but not informed
